Provisions are made to handle the special cases where the time zone is 30 or 45 minutes off from a normal GMT offset. You must select the timezone difference from UTC/GMT and the descriptive tag you want displayed.. The time is based on your client computer time. If your computer clock is wrong the time displayed will be wrong (correct your PC Clock and be sure that the time zone is set correctly). Time is displayed either as a 24hour clock or with AM/PM. I just changed this so the administrator can select whether to add the hour for Daylight Savings Time or not. Also added an option to display a third box with the server time.
